Shipping & Refunds


Shipping (Excluding Merch Store Category)

Shipping and production usually takes about 2-3 weeks.

We provide 2 different shipping methods upon checkout:

1. "Free Shipping" 

Most of our stone products will have shipping included in the price. We will email you a tracking number once we get the tracking number and if it's applicable in your country, with the email provided during checkout. Price includes tariffs and insurance. If anything happens to your stone item during transit, please contact us so we can proceed with a claim.

If we are offering free shipping in the MERCH STORE, it will be shipped out the same way as "Ship by weight" below.

2. "Ship by weight" 

The shipping price will be displayed during checkout and in the cart page after entering your postal code. Shipping must be paid by the customer at checkout before the item ships out.This will be shipped out via USPS with tracking unless otherwise requested by the customer. USPS packages are NOT insured unless otherwise requested by the customer for an extra fee. Please CONTACT US to make any changes or updates to your shipment and we will assist you as best we can as long as your order hasn't been packaged or shipped yet. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

Refunds (Excluding Merch Store Category)

Due to the nature of the business, we do not provide refunds. If something happens to your order during transit, please contact us to redeem insurance if applicable. We try our best to match your order to the finest details. Please contact us if you have any specific details you'd want to add to your order or anything else you'd want us to know BEFORE ORDERING.  We will keep our communications open even after you receive your item should there be any problems so we can reach the best solution possible. All items in the store are resell-able at or above minimum advertised pricing or MAP if applicable. 

Merch Store Category Refunds

If you purchased through our merch store category and your order came damaged or it wasn't as described, please CONTACT US within 30 days of receiving the item and we will email you instructions on how to exchange it. If you want to return your order for any reason and 30 days hasn't passed since you've received your order, please CONTACT US. All returns have to be returned in the original packaging and in brand new, unused condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and tracking numbers. We will inspect the item when we get it in and after the inspection, we will refund the product amount back into your account or exchange it for another one. We aren't responsible for any lost items during shipping to us or from us.
